This project included full site design and permitting services associated with a five-story, 108-room Hampton Inn Hotel and 210-seat casual dining restaurant, providing 197 parking spaces adjacent to Interstate I-91 and Hazard Avenue. Bohler Engineering provided site investigation and site plan design services to the Nicotra Group, LLC for the development of a 6-story, 106-room Hampton Inn located in Staten Island, NY. The project included parking facilities for 126 stalls, internal access roadways and tie-ins to existing on-site utilities. The project also involved planning for a future expansion of approximately 96 additional rooms.
