Bohler provides civil engineering and consulting services to hospitality clients for projects along the east coast.  In this capacity, we obtain the necessary approvals for construction of multi-story national hotels and associated infrastructure.  From planning through construction, we integrate the site landscape with the building architecture to create an aesthetically pleasing environment for future hotel guests.

Hampton Inn & Restaurant, Enfield, CT

This project included full site design and permitting services associated with a five-story, 108-room Hampton Inn Hotel and 210-seat casual dining restaurant, providing 197 parking spaces adjacent to Interstate I-91 and Hazard Avenue. The project involved extensive wetland work, floodplain evaluation, and complex grading, utility, and stormwater management challenges.

Value Place, Worcester, MA

Bohler provided design and permitting services for a four-story, 50,000 SF (and 120-room) extended stay hotel off the newly constructed Route 146 in Worcester.  The site constraints include a significant topographic relief. The project is part of a massive redevelopment effort in this area of Worcester.

Homewood Suites, Holyoke, MA

Bohler Engineering provided full site design and permitting services associated with a five-story, 114-room extended stay hotel served by 114 parking spaces adjacent to Interstate I-91 and the Ingleside Mall.  The project involved a unique stormwater management approach along with grading, utility, and landscape challenges. 

Hampton Inn, Staten Island, NY

Bohler Engineering provided site investigation and site plan design services to the Nicotra Group, LLC for the development of a 6-story, 106-room Hampton Inn located in Staten Island, NY. The project included parking facilities for 126 stalls, internal access roadways and tie-ins to existing on-site utilities. The project also involved planning for a future expansion of approximately 96 additional rooms.
