Bohler Engineering has provided consulting engineering services to Darden Restaurants since 2003. Darden is the largest full-service dining restaurant company in the world. Their restaurants include: Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Longhorn Steakhouse, Bahama Breeze, The Capital Grille, and Season’s 52. Bohler Engineering has been directly involved with over 30 restaurants along the east coast within CT, DE, MA, MD, ME, NJ, NY, PA and VA. We provide Darden with a full spectrum of services including: Preliminary Site Investigations, Conceptual Layout Design, Site/Grading/Drainage/Utility Plans, coordination with landlords and Architects, Landscape/Irrigation Plans, and all relevant agency permitting required for procuring final approval. Although Bohler Engineering has 12 separate offices, we treat Darden as one client, collaborating our efforts from office to office in order to ensure a high quality service that provides consistency for a global client such as Darden Restaurants, Inc.
