Located at Routes 1& 322, this development of a 75-acre site includes 500,000 SFof retail shops and services. Anchors in this center include Target, Home Depot, Home Goods, and ACME. The project will also include a variety of restaurant, small shops, and bank uses.

Main Street at Exton,Township, County, PA

Located on Route 100, north of the Exton Bypass, this redevelopment of a 150-acre site includes 300,000 SFof retail shops and services. Anchors in this center include Walmart and Sam's Club. The project also includes a 3,000-seat movie theater, an office building with a parking garage, apartments and several smaller retail shops and restaurants.
