Lud, the Principal and founder of Bohler Engineering, has created an organization of quality professionals, which serves the East Coast. Lud is extensively involved with the daily management of the company's operations, including staff development, financial management, technical review, project design and public hearing testimony while maintaining a high level of accessibility to the Organization's clients and staff. He established the standards for excellence, which are accepted as philosophy by staff for delivering quality, service and value. Lud is well known for his "hands-on" approach to embracing projects. |

Kevin L. Haney, P.E., Branch Manager - New Jersey
Kevin is an integral part of the Bohler organization's ability to aggressively deliver quality service and value to client development programs. With over 15 years of experience in civil/site consulting, he has been highly instrumental in the development of the organization's philosophy, goals, and attention to detail. Kevin serves as manager of Bohler's headquarters in Warren, NJ. He is responsible for the management of daily operations and oversight of design and permitting of all aspects of retail, commercial, industrial and residential developments. His experience includes a wide variety of disciplines and relationships with municipal, state and federal agencies. Kevin is intimately involved with the progression of a project and provides a strategic approach towards the success of the design, approval and construction process. |

Brian R. Zappala, P.E., Branch Manager - Pennsylvania
Brian began his career at Bohler in 1989 in our New Jersey office. Now, with over 20 years of experience, he has been instrumental in the organization of our Pennsylvania offices. Brian launched the Firm’s first Pennsylvania office located in Mainland, PA in 1990, and has since developed the Chalfont, PA office, has led the opening of Bohler’s Center Valley, PA office, and has now opened our third Pennsylvania office in Center City Philadelphia. Along with being responsible for daily operations, Brian remains intimately involved with his design teams, ensuring all deadlines and objectives are achieved, thus maintaining and maximizing the success of one of the largest customer bases within Bohler. Brian has been identified among his peers as a leader, capable of delivering excellence in service and leading the organization in the Bohler tradition. |

Joseph A. Deal, P.E., Branch Manager- New York
Joe has extensive experience with civil consulting for land development in both private and public sector operations. As Branch Manager for Bohler Engineering’s Long Island branch, Joe works closely with the design staff and Project Managers to maximize quality and client satisfaction. In combining his civil engineering project experience, business management expertise and an overall aggressive approach, Joe delivers superior results to clients. His continual communication between clients, municipalities and the design team drives the coordination necessary for the successful completion of complex site development projects. Joe's experience with the development process for all five boroughs of New York City, Long Island, Westchester and Connecticut not only solidifies Bohler's reputation for the Long Island office, but strengthens Bohler's reputation throughout the entire Northeast. |

Adam J. Volanth, P.E., Branch Manager - Mid-Atlantic Region
Adam is primarily responsible for the strategic operation of Bohler’s Mid- Atlantic offices, including Sterling and Warrenton, VA and Towson and Bowie, MD. Overseeing over 150 employees, he relies on the strengths of his Branch Managers and Senior Project Managers for the coordination of daily operations. Adam was the driving force behind the creation of the Sterling office and subsequent branch offices. Our Mid-Atlantic region has grown exponentially in recent years, continuing to manage growth while maintaining quality and expertise. Adam’s professionalism, eye for detail, and uncompromising determination to deliver results have distinguished him as one of the Company’s top Managers who is directly responsible for several national/corporate accounts located in Maryland, Virginia, and DC. Throughout his extensive career, Adam has overseen the development of multi-faceted projects; including the design of various commercial, residential, and industrial developments. While Adam continues to lead Bohler’s strategic growth, he is still an accessible asset to every Bohler project, providing guidance and creative solutions to both employees and clients. |

William D. Goebel, P.E., Branch Manager - New England Region
Bill has been with Bohler for almost 20 years, beginning his career in New Jersey where he helped define the company's growth in both the New Jersey and New York markets, and later moving to Massachusetts as the Branch Manager of the Southborough office. Bill also led the opening of Bohler's Albany, NY and Fort Lauderdale, FL offices while in his position in New England, and he continues to lead the development of Bohler's geographic reach. Bill's responsibilities include oversight and management of all operations in the Southborough and Albany offices, incorporating his extensive experience in all aspects of site planning, subdivision and development-related engineering projects throughout New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and New England. His leadership and commitment to quality have made him a valuable partner and example of the Bohler tradition and Core Values we stand to uphold. |

Ryan Thomas, P.E., Branch Manager - Florida
Ryan has over 14 years experience as a Florida Civil Engineer specializing in a variety of land development projects, including both commercial and residential sites. His professional development included responsibility for complex designs, project management, jurisdictional agency negotiations, responsible charge and construction administration as a developer's representative. As the Florida Branch Manger, Ryan is responsible for expanding Bohler's commitment to Quality, Customer Service, and competitive value to a broad spectrum of clientele. He manages the daily operations of the Florida Office and provides oversight for all aspects of development projects, specifically in the commercial, industrial, and residential market sectors. |
