Bohler’s design included two mixed-use residential buildings within this large-scale, transit-oriented development. The mixed-use portion of the development will act as the “downtown” link between the other retail and residential parts of Crown Farm. Complete with two multi-level parking garages and 538 residential units, the site also features a grocery store, bank, and outdoor community space. Bohler utilized Low Impact Development (LID) principals such as permeable pavers and bioretention areas to supplement the stormwater management design. The Crown Farm development is anticipated to be LEED certified.
