Bohler Engineering has provided site civil and consulting engineering services for several projects at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. The John Wanamaker School redevelopment is a mixed use project consisting of two phases. The first phase includes a 7-story, 170-unit student housing development. The second phase includes the construction of a green training center, parking garage, one 12-story residential tower and one 20-story residential tower with ground floor retail. Bohler also provided services for the University Village of Temple, a 2-acre off-site student housing development. Bohler’s work also included the Residences at Avenue North, a 14-story student housing development. This project required re-zoning, full sanitary sewer planning, reconstruction of an existing parking lot and retaining wall, and compliance with the city’s stormwater management requirements.
