This 900-bed student housing complex is located near the main entrance to the University of Maryland. The development borders a floodplain of the Paint Branch Creek and required unique designs and reforestation elements in order to align with environmental preservation requirements. The retail area is located on the ground level on US Route 1 and features 16,000 SF of commercial and restaurant space. Underground parking for over 200 cars was also part of the design.
