Construction is underway at the first multistory distribution center on the East Coast. With three stories and 370,000 SF of warehouse space, 640 Columbia in Brooklyn, NY will meet a crucial need for last mile distribution in the greater New York City Metro area.

Bohler and the project team helped bring success to the unique development by building vertically, allowing for more square footage on a much smaller site than unusual for a distribution center. Bohler’s design maximized the small site, ensuring efficient truck circulation and accessibility.
