Alterra Property Group Breaks Ground in North Broad

Developers continue to invest in the revitalization of Philadelphia’s historic North Broad corridor. Even in the midst of a global pandemic, Alterra Property Group will break ground next week on a 410-unit apartment project at the prominent crossroads of Broad and Spring Garden Streets.

To keep the project moving forward, Bohler coordinated closely with the architect and structural engineer on a challenging stormwater management design. Navigating the site’s tight size constraints, our team located the stormwater system underground while avoiding conflict with two levels of subsurface parking.

Adding to North Broad’s transformative renaissance, “LVL North” will offer a quality housing experience coupled with 110,000 SF of commercial space. Alterra hopes the project will help connect the Temple University area to Center City. Read more here.
