AmeriHealth Caritas Relocates Corporate Headquarters

Construction has recently begun on a five-story, 378,000 SF office building to serve as the new corporate headquarters for AmeriHealth Caritas. Accompanied by a three-level parking structure, this is the last approved office space within the sprawling 218-acre master planned Ellis Preserve development in Newtown Square, PA.

Bohler Engineering has provided civil engineering, surveying, and permitting services for projects throughout Ellis Preserve for more than a decade. Our team has coordinated all aspects of the design and approval process with a large team of consultants for each use and tenant, including AmeriHealth.

The suburban site will reduce commutes and create a vibrant, rejuvenating environment for AmeriHealth employees, who are joining more than 50 businesses and 8,500 jobs in Ellis Preserve. Other headquarters that call Ellis home include SAP, PetPlan, Main Line Health, Graham Investment Partners, Trinity Healthcare, Morgan Stanley, Deloitte/CIS and owner of Ellis Preserve, Equus.

Expected to open in early 2021, the project is a milestone for Ellis Preserve, making it the center of economic growth in Delaware County.
