Bohler Announces Leadership Promotions

In our mission to empower the ambitious to become the accomplished, we’re focused as much on our employees as our clients. With this in mind, Bohler is pleased to announce the promotion of two leaders to new roles.

Kate Curll – Charlotte Branch Manager

Kate Curll, PE, has been promoted to Branch Manager of our Charlotte office. Kate has been with Bohler for nine years, starting in our Mid-Atlantic region before joining Charlotte in February of this year. An Associate of the firm, Kate consistently follows our Core Operating Principles and personifies our values as outlined in The Bohler Way. She has leveraged both qualities to quickly build confidence with the Charlotte team while leaning on process to drive operational stability and predictability.

As co-chair of our Women’s Professional Network (WPN) Kate is also an ardent advocate and role model for women throughout the firm. Along with other members of the WPN, she continues to help drive Bohler’s evolution to foster greater inclusivity so that women have more opportunities to grow and develop in their careers.

Michael O’Shaughnessy – Herndon Branch Manager

Michael O’Shaughnessy, PE, has been promoted to Branch Manager of our Herndon office. During his six years with Bohler, Michael has excelled, rising through the ranks to become a committed leader and Bohler Associate. He has strong relationships with his colleagues, and his work with the Herndon staff embodies our Core Operating Principles and The Bohler Way. He truly is dedicated to helping the ambitious become the accomplished to further their careers.

At the same time, Michael remains steadfast in helping our clients achieve their most ambitious goals – bringing solutions to challenges and clearing the way to make each client’s vision a reality. His project experience includes some of the region’s largest clients. Under Michael’s leadership, our work with top clients has allowed the Herndon office to diversify and grow into new arenas, including industrial development.
