Bohler Partners With BLocal

Bohler is proud to announce a partnership with BLocal, an initiative designed to strengthen the City of Baltimore and create opportunities for residents.

BLocal partners with local businesses to set public goals that support city residents and businesses owned by women and minorities when making decisions about building, hiring, buying, and investing.

In the program’s first year, BLocal partners reported millions of dollars in increased spending with diverse Baltimore suppliers, increased hiring of city residents for jobs and internships, and more support of community organizations.

Through this partnership, Bohler has made several specific commitments including increasing charitable investments, mentoring Baltimore City high school students, increasing spending with diverse suppliers, and volunteering with local non-profits.

Bohler’s Baltimore team is excited about expanding our engagement with Baltimore City through this program, and investing in the future of Baltimore.
