Kelsey Kanspedos Leads Celebration of Pittsburgh’s CRE Industry

As vice chair of the NAIOP Pittsburgh Developing Leaders program, Design Engineer Kelsey Kanspedos has spent the last year helping the group provide valuable growth opportunities for young professionals within the commercial real estate industry. Most recently, she co-hosted the organization’s 27th Annual Awards Banquet, taking the stage as one of the event’s emcees. As co-author of the article announcing the banquet’s honorees, Kelsey reflected on the development industry’s impact on Pittsburgh’s resurgence and recognized the winning firms and individuals for their work and contributions to the flourishing Pittsburgh skyline.

Ragin Pace Named Among Long Island’s Young Professionals

Bohler Hauppauge’s Design Engineer Ragin Pace is a 2020 honoree for the Huntington Township Chamber of Commerce’s Celebrate Long Island’s Young Professionals Award. The award recognizes her personal and professional accomplishments, including a bold decision to leave her home and family in North Carolina to join Bohler’s Long Island team after college. Since joining Bohler, she has embraced the challenges of this significant life change and leveraged the opportunity to grow personally and professionally, while helping those around her do the same.

Emily Pate Empowers Teammates to Succeed

Bohler Towson’s Design Engineer Emily Pate developed a unique training program that is making a difference in how junior engineers learn grading, a challenging skill that is often not taught in school. Emily rallied her teammates to help current and future junior engineers tackle the challenge, just as she did early in her career. The program is making a lasting impact on Bohler’s ability to create opportunities for our staff and in the work we do.

Beata Aubuchon Empowering Moms of Business with Financial Insights

Beata Aubuchon, Bohler’s Director of Finance, embraced the opportunity to share her financial expertise as a panelist for Moms of Business, a group of entrepreneurial mothers in New Jersey. Beata spoke candidly with attendees about important topics for emerging business owners including budgets, taxes, and investments.

Jen Bass Named MBIA Baltimore County Associate of the Year

Program Manager Jen Bass’ tenacity earned her the Maryland Business Industry Association’s (MBIA) Associate of the Year Award for the Baltimore County chapter. She has built strong working relationships and established networks between MBIA and the Baltimore County Permits, Approvals, and Inspections department. Her positive presence and willingness to help, combined with her approachability and depth of knowledge, makes Jen a go-to within Bohler, as well as for many in the county.

Kristin DeLuca Inspires Long Island Business Leaders

Bohler Project Manager Kristin DeLuca shared land development insights with Long Island business leaders and entrepreneurs as a guest on Nassau County Community College’s Tower Talk Business Radio podcast. She spoke about her leadership role in Bohler’s Women in Engineering Group and highlighted creative solutions she and her team have identified for some of the region’s most well-known developments.
