Dan Duggan Appointed to ULI Board

Bohler NJ’s Division Director of Strategic Planning Dan Duggan is joining the Urban Land Institute Northern New Jersey (ULI-NNJ) Advisory Board as their new Business Development Chair.

Dan has previously been involved with ULI for several years and this past spring helped launch the branch’s inaugural UrbanPlan educational outreach program.

Of the appointment, Dan said, “I look forward to working with my fellow members of the Advisory Board to help grow ULI and continue to make ULI-NNJ a trusted resource for New Jersey’s real estate community.”

In ULI-NNJ’s announcement on their website, Senior Director Mara Winokur said, “The appointment of a leadership group comprised of some of the most experienced real estate professionals in the region will allow us to continue to make ULI-NNJ an invaluable resource to both the industry and our local communities.”
