Multifamily Development Bringing Life to Fenway

Bohler project The Harlo, a new multifamily building in the Fenway community of Boston, is now open. The 18-story high-rise features over 200 apartment units, 7,000 SF of ground floor retail and a sky deck.

This project is the most recent redevelopment in the revitalization occurring around Fenway Park. The area once consisted of surface parking lots and dilapidated buildings that people only passed on their way to Fenway. Now, the community is embracing a live-work-play atmosphere, with new residential buildings like The Harlo, as well as shops and restaurants that can sustain business all year long.
