New Design Unveiled for Florham Park, NJ Office Complex

The ninth and final parcel of the high-profile, 268-acre campus The Green at Florham Park in Morris County, NJ is coming to light.

110 Park Avenue, a proposed unique office complex that mixes industrial and contemporary aesthetics, will look and feel unlike any other building in the mixed-use campus — and maybe even the suburban New Jersey region.

As the project team’s vision for the for the final parcel evolved, Bohler collaborated and provided civil engineering conceptual and feasibility services to fit the proposed complex to the site.

The Green at Florham Park is already home to big names like Summit Medical Group, MD Anderson Cancer Center, BASF Headquarters, AVE Korman Communities, Atlantic Health, the New York Jets training complex, and future residential developments. Including 110 Park Avenue, Bohler has worked on six of the nine parcels.
