New Industrial Space Under Construction in Moonachie, NJ

Premier Design + Build Group will soon bring 60,000 SF of industrial space to 100 Anderson Avenue in Moonachie, NJ. The three-acre site is conveniently located near major highways including Route 17 and Interstate 80.

As a redevelopment, the project includes the demolition of existing buildings on site, as well as the existing asphalt parking lot. The new layout will include six loading docks, one drive-in door, and 45 car parking spaces.
