New Shopping Plaza Planned for South Boulevard

Along a notable strip of South Boulevard in Charlotte, NC, a tire shop is becoming a modern shopping plaza that will bring valuable retail and community services to the neighborhood.

The project is part of an adaptive-reuse trend in the area that is bringing new life to old buildings. The renovation of the 6,500 SF property will preserve existing elements of the long-standing structure, while modernizing the site.
