Tampa’s 815 Water Street Breaks Ground

14 November, 2018

815 Water Street, the first residential element of the larger mega-project transforming Downtown Tampa, broke ground last week. Bohler joined Strategic Property Partners (SPP) – the project’s development organization which is a partnership of Cascade Investment LLC and Tampa Bay Lightning Owner Jeff Vinik, as well as other project team members and notable community leaders such as Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn.

Our team is honored to be one of the project partners contributing to the future of this mixed-use, dynamic development serving as a modern-day connection between the Central Business district to both the surrounding neighborhoods and Hillsborough Bay.

The sleek, dual-tower design of 815 Water Street brings 420 condominiums and luxury apartments to the project through a combined 47 stories. Bohler is supporting the design and construction of this project zoning and permitting services, civil engineering design, master plan implementation, and construction administration.

In addition to revitalizing one of the City’s most valuable assets, Water Street Tampa will bring more than nine million square feet of new commercial, residential, hospitality, entertainment, cultural, retail and educational spaces, as well as connections to nearby community amenities. The project specifically adds the first new office towers in Tampa in 25 years, new for-sale condo options and the city’s first five-star hotel.
