Tom Teabo Appointed to NAIOP Raleigh-Durham Board of Advisors

Congratulations to Survey Manager Tom Teabo, PLS, CFS who was appointed to the NAIOP Raleigh-Durham Chapter Board of Advisors.

Tom has more than 20 years of involvement with the chapter and its involvement in the local community.

With Tom’s board appointment, he also assumes the role of chairman for the Raleigh-Durham Chapter’s Legislative Liaison Committee. The Committee’s goals are to discuss legislative issues relative to the commercial real estate and development industry, organize white papers and to organize an annual trip to the Capitol.

“Tom is a high-energy guy and always eager to participate in industry initiatives and efforts,” said Andrew Moriarty, PE, Bohler Principal for the Carolinas. “His passion for land development and the advancement of our industry in the Triangle is what makes him a great professional.”

Tom has more than 30 years in professional land surveying experience. With his expertise in land development and infrastructure, transportation surveying, geodetic/GPS analysis and quality management, Tom is looking forward to contributing to NAIOP’s national and local initiatives.
