Vantage Receives NAHB Gold Award for Student Housing

Recently honored at the National Association of Home Builders’ (NAHB) Best in American Living Awards, Vantage received the Gold Award for Student Housing.

The Temple University student housing project in Philadelphia, PA was recognized among the best in national design trend and selected for the award by a group of industry experts including builders, architects, designers, and land planners from across the country.

Developer The Goldenberg Group identified an opportunity to provide much-needed student housing while acting on their goal to positively transform the region through community-focused development. Bohler’s efforts to maximize ground floor retail, find creative stormwater management solutions, and keep the project moving forward on a tight schedule helped bring that vision to life.
