Chris Capellini Rejoins Bohler in Florida Leadership Role

Newly Created Position to Strengthen Statewide Operations

Bohler announced that Chris Capellini, PE, has joined the firm’s Florida outfit as the director of operations.

Reporting directly to Florida Managing Principal John Lapointe, Chris assumes this newly created leadership role to expand operations capabilities and efficiencies in the firm’s current and future locations statewide.

“Florida offers diversity of real estate, regions, and demographics unlike any other state in the country,” said Lapointe. “Chris’ return to Bohler and his strategic role in Florida helps us to deliver an unrivaled consulting experience while refining our operations to accommodate the unique drivers in our state.”

A Branch Manager in Bohler’s Charlotte, North Carolina office until 2017, Capellini returned to his home state of Florida to fulfill a temporary role as a consultant in a family run business. With that assignment completed, he rejoined Bohler working from the existing Boca Raton office.

Capellini’s primary responsibility will be driving operational best practices as well as efficient, high-quality production efforts. Additionally, he will support business development, management, employee development, and corporate initiatives that are central to Florida’s growth and success.

A graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Applied Science, he is a licensed professional engineer, certified floodplain manager and LEED AP BD+C credentialed. He is active in industry organizations such as Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and NAIOP.
