Development Trends in NoVA: Q&A With Bohler

Ahead of CapRate Events (CAPRE)’s Mid-Atlantic Data Center Summit Bohler’s data center experts Megan Baird (Project Manager) and Keith Simpson (Associate) sat down with the digital media company to share about the biggest trends in the industry right now.

Bohler’s team has worked on over three million square feet of data centers in Northern Virginia alone and has been instrumental in maximizing smaller sites, working collaboratively with diverse project teams, and obtaining approvals quickly.

With increased development activity and increasingly limited land availability, Megan and Keith noted that data center developments are shifting away from “Data Center Alley,” and spanning outwards towards Virginia Beach.
