Exponential Development Growth Continues In Philadelphia Suburb

Among the area’s hottest residential neighborhoods, Ardmore continues to grow at a sizzling rate. The Philadelphia suburb will soon review a proposal for its largest multifamily development yet. A redevelopment of an existing car dealership, Piazza Ardmore would include 257 apartments, 123,000 SF of retail space and a parking garage with 840 spaces.

In addition to Piazza Ardmore, our team also has a hand in other Lower Merion Township residential projects, including One Ardmore, 110 units with 8,500 SF of retail scheduled to open this summer, and Suburban Square, which is currently proposing to add 158 apartments to an outdoor shopping plaza.
