Foundation Complete for Forthcoming Broadway Office

1245 Broadway in Manhattan is one step closer to delivering class A office space, recently having completed the foundation for the coming 200,000 SF, 22-story building with ground floor retail.

The new building, at the center of one of the most active neighborhoods in Manhattan, offers easy access for workers with several convenient nearby subway stations and provides outdoor space with large terraces on the building’s setbacks.
