John Wright Appointed to Virginia Parks and Recreation Board

Bohler Leader Furthers Community Involvement

John Wright, Associate in Bohler’s Central Virginia office, was recently appointed to the Fauquier County Parks and Recreation Board by the Board of Supervisors. John will represent the Center District of Fauquier County through September 2021.

John’s place on the Board allows Bohler to continue creating opportunities for the enhancement of the local community. As a member of the Parks and Recreation Board, John will be personally involved in providing residents proper community spaces and recreational facilities.

His service will help fulfill the Board’s goals of ensuring that citizens receive high-quality recreational facilities and services, delivering opportunities for recreation and education, and preserving and maintaining natural and historic sites.

John has been a member of the Fauquier County Parks and Recreation Pedestrian, Bicycle and Greenway Advisory Committee since 2016. In this role, he has supported multimodal and recreational transportation opportunities throughout the county.

John looks forward to furthering his already extensive involvement in the local Fauquier County community through both of these positions.
