Megan Eckart Baird Bohler Project Manager Herndon, VA

Bohler is proud to announce that Megan (Eckart) Baird, PE has been named a Designated Plans Examiner (DPE) in Loudoun County, Virginia.

Megan’s DPE status was voted on and approved by the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors. As a DPE, Megan will review and approve new site plans, ensuring the production of quality engineering plans and an expedited review process.

According to Loudoun County, the DPE certification verifies that the holder is competent in the design, preparation, and submission of land development plans, thus allowing participation in an expedited process not available to non-certified practitioners. All site plans submitted in Loudoun County must be reviewed by a DPE who provides peer review services and ensures the plan meets Loudoun County’s minimum code requirements.

By adding another DPE to our staff, Bohler has the in-house resources to ensure the production of high-quality plans that will meet the requirements set forth by jurisdictions for expedited review and approvals in the competitive Northern Virginia market.
