Bohler Engineering joined project team members at the grand opening of Warren Corporate Center, a 176-acre, 820,000 SF corporate office campus in the heart of a Northern New Jersey suburb. Our Warren team provided civil engineering and permitting services for the innovative project.
The office campus, designed to attract and retain today’s modern employee, features walking paths and an outdoor amphitheater that surrounds a bucolic pond, as well as a 19,000 SF standalone building dedicated solely to state-of-the-art amenities. Tenants of the campus’s five office buildings will have access to high-end, indoor and patio dining, multi-function conference areas, a fitness center with locker rooms and a full-size basketball court. The amenity hub seamlessly incorporates collaborative open spaces and an abundant use of glass to maximize natural light throughout the building.
Bohler designed the amenity hub into the campus’ existing topography, navigating a 16-foot grade difference. The implemented design allowed for accessibility between the top-level green roof, adjacent parking deck, and northern office buildings. The green roof will unify the project’s multi-level design with space for social and business gatherings.
