Linden, New Jersey
Type of Development:
Located on 45 acres of an abandoned General Motors automotive plant, Legacy Commerce Center qualifies as one of the largest brownfield redevelopments in the state of New Jersey. The 990,000 SF industrial project features two warehouses occupied by Blue Apron and Cory Holdings. Bohler Engineering assisted with generator design, ADA upgrades, security fencing and overall site improvements.
Our team also worked on the remaining portion of this 104-acre site, which was dedicated to retail space. The shopping center, known as Legacy Square, began construction in June of 2018.
