Choosing a career right after college is one of the most exciting and rewarding decisions you will make. You have the opportunity to start a new career, either close to home or somewhere new. As you begin this next chapter, we want to be part of your path! We pride ourselves on taking the time to understand your needs and career goals to help you navigate through the interview process and find the right fit.
Turn your classroom knowledge into real world experience. A career at Bohler offers the opportunity to become part of a lively and interactive design team. Our work encourages you to think critically and be creative to overcome the design challenges that are unique to every site. Our collaborative environment makes it easy for our engineers to work in teams and cross-train with one another. We also offer in-depth technical training and career development to ensure you are set up for success and advancement at our firm.
From high school students to graduate students, we hire a wide range of fall, summer, and spring interns for each of our offices. An internship with Bohler is an authentic, hands-on experience where you will learn what really happens at an engineering firm focused on land development. As an intern, you will be strategically placed on a design team and paired with mentors that not only show you the “technical” ropes, but are also welcoming and excited to be working alongside of you.
We love when our interns and our Bohler team are a perfect match! Many of our interns go on to become full-time Bohler employees after graduation. We can’t wait to meet you at your next campus event!
At Bohler, we provide site civil engineering for land development projects. The land development design process involves multiple disciplines of civil engineering, including transportation, water resources, environmental, geotechnical, and construction. Our project teams are made up of civil engineers with diverse backgrounds from top schools across the country.
Many of the projects we work on become LEED certified, and our LEED Accredited Professionals are experts in implementing LEED and LID principles through our site civil engineering design, landscape architecture, and consulting services. Our team is committed to sustainable design for the benefit of the communities in which we live and work.
Our engineers work in the office on the design, but do go out on site visits and attend other off-site meetings 10-15% of the time.
Our engineers work on all types of land development projects. Each office works on local projects and builds relationships that shape the way we work, live and play.
Yes! You will have mentors, including PE’s, and peers on your design team that you will work with to complete projects.
