Long before the pandemic hit, we developed the flexibility framework and technology infrastructure necessary to support a virtual work environment. As a result, Bohler was among the first in our industry to have all teams working remotely at full capacity.

Typically, our engineers work in the office on the design, but do go out on site visits and attend other off-site meetings 10-15% of the time.

Yes! You will have mentors, including PEs, and peers on your design team that you will work with to complete projects.

COVID-19 has presented a unique opportunity to improve our collaboration tools and processes. We have established new ways to maintain communication and connect with each other, even when some teammates may be working remotely and others are in the office.

Many of the projects we work on become LEED certified, and our LEED Accredited Professionals are experts in implementing LEED and LID principles through our site civil engineering design, landscape architecture, and consulting services. Our team is committed to sustainable design for the benefit of the communities in which we live and work.

At Bohler, we provide site civil engineering for land development projects. The land development design process involves multiple disciplines of civil engineering, including transportation, water resources, environmental, geotechnical, and construction. Our project teams are made up of civil engineers with diverse backgrounds from top schools across the country.
