Mentioned by Building Design + Construction Magazine as one of the latest noteworthy multifamily developments, Bohler project Nova Residences is changing the Boston residential game.

Located in Brighton, “Boston’s next ‘IT’ neighborhood,” the 68,000 SF apartment complex is a repurposed 1960’s medical office building that now represents luxury, convenience and modern living.

Nova Residences is anchored by St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center and provides easy access to the MBTA Green Line, Mass Pike and Routes 9 and 20.

The six-story Nova Residences features 80 spacious residential units – ten of which have been designated as affordable, a high-end fitness center, community room, and dog grooming station. It is also a component of Boston’s housing plan to address the needs of the City’s growing population by 2030.

Developers LBC Boston turned to Bohler for site civil design, surveying and permitting services. In case you missed it, Bohler proudly joined the rest of the project team at Nova Residences’ ribbon cutting in August.
