Aligned with our purpose of empowering ambitious people to accomplish great things, Bohler’s Organization and Talent Development team identifies growth and development opportunities for all levels and roles.

• Rise. A 10-month development program, Rise provides advanced technical, leadership, and project management training to provide future leaders with the tools needed to successfully transition into leadership roles.
• Leadership Academy. The Leadership Academy provides managers at Bohler with a blended learning experience aimed at empowering them to be purpose-driven leaders with intention.
• Coaching. We partner with internal and external coaches to help employees maximize their potential.
• Training. Our learning management system provides all employees with a self-guided, e-learning platform for skill development on topics ranging from technical aptitudes to soft skills.

Bohler’s employee resource groups (ERGs) provide a place of belonging and a platform where employees can make an impact, influence change, and contribute toward a more inclusive work environment.
