Adam Volanth is Bohler’s President and CEO and is responsible for the leadership and strategic growth of the organization. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Bucknell University. After joining Bohler’s Pennsylvania region in 1992, he quickly became an integral part of the company’s growth and success. Throughout his journey, Adam has maintained a passion for building meaningful relationships within the company and the community.
Brian is Bohler’s Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the oversight of all offices, providing guidance and focus on efficiency and quality. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Lafayette College. Beginning his career with Bohler in 1989, Brian facilitated the opening of the first Pennsylvania branch office in 1990 and was instrumental in the continued growth of the firm. In his role as COO, Brian works closely with the firm’s leaders to deliver an unrivaled consulting experience.
Jane Leopold-Leventhal, Esquire serves as Chief Legal Counsel for all Bohler locations. After several years as legal counsel to Bohler’s Pennsylvania offices, Jane accepted a position as Bohler’s General Counsel in 2012. In 2017, Jane was promoted to Chief Legal Counsel. Her responsibilities now include the oversight of commercial litigation, contract negotiations, lease negotiations, and employment issues. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Pennsylvania, and her Juris Doctorate from the Temple University School of Law.
Lew serves as Bohler’s Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the firm’s financial operations. From accounting to financial planning and analysis, he works closely with Bohler’s senior leaders to strategize long-term plans for the continued growth and financial stability of our organization. Lew’s leadership ensures we are fiscally responsible and well-positioned to meet the evolving needs and ambitious goals of our clients and employees.
Bill serves as Managing Partner for Bohler’s Northeast region, leading the firm’s operations throughout New England and New York. After joining Bohler’s New Jersey office in 1999, Bill helped drive the firm’s expansion, opening offices in New York, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. Practicing a hands-on leadership approach, Bill plays an active role in the management of projects and provides key executive leadership across the firm and throughout the land development community.
Rob serves as Managing Partner in Bohler’s Central division, leading the firm’s operations in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. After graduating from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in civil engineering, Rob launched his successful land development career by joining Bohler’s Pennsylvania operations. His leadership style is routed in operational efficiency and building successful work habits. With a competitive spirit and genuine drive to help those around him succeed, Rob is passionate about developing Bohler’s next generation of leadership and delivering results for the firm’s clients.
Dan serves as Managing Partner for Bohler’s Mid-Atlantic region, leading the firm’s operations in Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Villanova University. Over the years, Dan has become an industry leader with an expertise in urban design, site feasibility analyses, site layout and planning, zoning, and subdivision/land development ordinance review interpretation. He is responsible for the strategic operations of the region and plays an active role in project management and staff development.
As Managing Partner for Bohler’s Southern division, Mark is responsible for driving strategic initiatives and operations. Mark facilitates regional business development efforts and has executive oversight of various multifaceted commercial, residential, and industrial developments. With nearly 25 years of industry experience, Mark’s specific expertise lies in site feasibility analysis, ordinance review and interpretation, and stormwater management systems. His eye for detail and attention to customer service have placed him as a leader in our firm; allowing him to foster and maintain relationships with several major clients across Bohler’s footprint. As a former regional leader in Bohler’s Mid-Atlantic division, Mark has proven strategies in regional expansion, client diversification, and outstanding technical execution.
Rob serves as the firm’s Chief People Officer. In his role, Rob leads the human resources team and is focused on providing an unrivaled employee experience. From his service in the U.S. Army to running his own recruiting firm, Rob is very much aligned with The Bohler Way. Throughout his impressive career, he has developed business strategies and growth initiatives that tie employee experience and engagement to operational success.
