Warren Corporate Center Recognized for Community Impact

Recognized for its outstanding commitment to the community, Everest Group was awarded the 2020 Impact Award from the United Way of Northern New Jersey. Bringing more than 600 jobs to the region, the project combined the two northern buildings within the Warren Corporate Center to create a cohesive U.S. headquarters for Everest Reinsurance Company.

To connect the buildings, architect HLW designed an open, four-story glass atrium. Bohler’s landscape architecture team complemented the atrium with an outdoor amenity courtyard, designed for staff gatherings of up to 125 people. The space features a variety of outdoor seating spaces, hardscaping, attractive year-round landscape plantings, and decorative outdoor lighting.
