Bohler Plan for 1,065 Residential Units Gains Approval in Woolwich, NJ

Residential developer NVR Inc. recently obtained final approval to build a multi-phase community on approximately 243 acres off Kings Highway and on either side of Asbury Station Road in Woolwich Township, New Jersey.

Referred to as Kings Meadow, the proposed residential project will add more than 1,000 residential units over five phases of development.

In close collaboration with the Township and the developer, Bohler designed a plan that fulfills a number of essential long-term planning requirements. In addition to providing market-rate housing, it establishes a regional residential hub with a substantial age-restricted community and contributes to the availability of affordable housing.

Bohler’s Ridgewood, NJ office office, led by Ben Crowder, provided site civil engineering, permitting, and landscape architecture services.
