Nucleus RadioPharma, a Minnesota-based contract development and manufacturing organization specializing in radiopharmaceuticals, has chosen Montgomery County for its new 48,000-square-foot manufacturing facility. The plant will be located at the Spring House Innovation Park in Lower Gwynedd, where it will integrate research, development, and commercial production.

Spring House Innovation Park has undergone significant transformation and is now managed by Beacon Capital Partners. Nucleus RadioPharma will occupy building 14B, which is being completely renovated from its structural steel and concrete shell. Bohler’s Chalfont, Pennsylvania, office is providing site civil engineering design and permitting services to support this project. Bohler has played a significant role in the master planning throughout the SHIP campus, contributing to the overall development strategy.
