Bohler’s Warrenton, Virginia, office, providing land surveying, site civil engineering, and landscape architecture, helped transform an existing three-acre property into this new U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs office and treatment facility. The project included expanded parking, improved roadways, and a dedicated entrance loop to ensure easy access for all visitors. Bohler collaborated with Frederick County agencies to manage land disturbance activity for 9,800 square feet of land.

The landscape design surrounding the clinic complements the welcoming atmosphere with thoughtfully selected greenery, including rosy pink eastern redbuds, Nellie Stevens holly shrubs, evergreen cherry laurels, and thornless honey locust trees.
