Bohler Announces Strategic Leadership Appointments Across Mid-Atlantic Region 

Continuing our momentum of strategic growth and leadership development, Bohler is pleased to announce the appointment of three accomplished professionals to Branch Manager positions across our Mid-Atlantic offices. 

New Branch Manager Appointments

Steve Fortunato – Rehoboth Beach, Delaware

A seasoned professional with over 12 years in land development, Steve brings strategic vision to his team of site civil engineering professionals. His instrumental role in developing Delaware’s latest sediment and stormwater management regulations positions him uniquely to provide valuable insights across the Delmarva Peninsula. 

Sheila Nale – Herndon, Virginia

As Partner and Branch Manager, Sheila brings over a decade of site civil engineering expertise to lead client and project management throughout the District and Arlington, Virginia. Her portfolio includes landmark projects such as The Tellus, 750 N. Glebe Road, and Dock 79. A licensed professional engineer in the District of Columbia, Sheila maintains active involvement in DCBIA, WDCEP, ULI Young Leaders Group, NAIOP, and NVBIA. Her commitment to industry development extends to mentoring future engineers through programs like the NAIOP DC/MD Capital Challenge and ULI UrbanPlan Program. 

Katherine Roberts – Warrenton, Virginia

As an Associate, Katherine’s expertise spans public, residential, and mixed-use developments throughout Virginia. She excels at helping clients navigate complex development challenges and identify strategic opportunities in challenging markets. Beyond her project work, Katherine leads Bohler’s internal technical staff training program and actively participates in Bohler’s Women’s Professional Network, demonstrating her commitment to both client success and team development.
