KETTLER has topped off Gasworx W2, a 390-unit residential development in Tampa’s Latin Quarter, marking a key milestone in the 50-acre master-planned redevelopment.
Bohler’s Tampa team has played a critical role in the project, providing site civil engineering, permitting, and land development consulting services. From the outset, Bohler has been instrumental in due diligence, infrastructure planning, and coordination with various consultants. Our team’s involvement also included navigating a complex rezoning process that led to the approval of a PD-A zoning classification, which allowed for greater design flexibility while preserving the project’s overall vision.
Construction on Gasworx W2 began in mid-2024, backed by a $70.8 million loan from Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and Trustmark. Designed by Torti Gallas + Partners, the seven-story, 366,000-square-foot building will include studio, one-, and two-bedroom units, ground-floor retail, and a 482-spot parking deck. Residents will enjoy amenities such as a pool, rooftop terrace, fitness center, and private offices.
Situated at 1502 Nick Nuccio Parkway, Gasworx W2 will serve as a connection between Ybor City and downtown Tampa. The project is on track for completion in January 2026.
