Bohler recently hosted two Cornhole for a Cause fundraiser events in New Jersey and Massachusetts, bringing t together nearly 300 professionals from the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. The events combined friendly competition with purposeful giving raising an impressive, combined total of $105,000 in support of local charities.

Both the New Jersey and Massachusetts featured spirited cornhole tournaments where teams vied for bragging rights and trophies. In New Jersey, Bohler’s Keith Cahill and Joe Holzapfel emerged as the champions, while in Boston, Bailey Duffy and Jeff Checkoway of Calare Properties claimed victory.

Beyond the competitive aspect, attendees enjoyed food trucks, refreshing drinks, and the chance to network with industry peers. In addition to the cornhole tournament, guests participated in engaging fundraising activities – from raffle baskets featuring golf course gift cards, wine and campfire kits, to a silent auction offering a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Africa.

Fueled by a strong sense of collaboration and community, Cornhole for a Cause proved once again that giving back can be both impactful and fun.
