A Baltimore-based developer has broken ground on Phase I of a 34-acre business community in Dulles, Virginia. In this phase, St. John Properties is constructing four buildings, which will offer 100,000 SF of flexible and research and development (R&D) space.

These spec buildings are intended to house various industries, such as professional services, technology firms, light manufacturing, and logistics companies, aim to address the demand for flex/R&D space in the area. The Loudoun County Board of Supervisors approved the zoning change from retail to flex/office space in January, with guidance from Bohler’s Northern Virginia team. Bohler is also providing site civil engineering design and permitting for the project. Read more here.
