Award-Winning Projects in New Jersey

13 April, 2018

The Morris County Economic Development Corporation (MCEDC) in Morris County, New Jersey recently recognized two Bohler New Jersey projects at their Partners in Economic Development Awards Luncheon. As construction on both projects nears completion, the awards prove that they have already made a significant impact on the community.

Summit Medical Group MD Anderson Cancer Center

The new four-story, 130,000-SF cancer center and medical office building is located in the high-profile Green at Florham Park. Bohler has worked on six of the campus’ nine parcels. The state-of-the-art facility will offer premier oncology and radiation services. Bohler provided civil engineering, surveying, and construction administration services for the project.

MCEDC awarded the project with the Business Attraction Award in recognition of the development’s impact on attracting business to Morris County.

The Crossings at Jefferson Park

The Crossings is a massive transformation of three existing office buildings in Whippany, NJ, spanning 525,000 SF. The complex is becoming a premier campus and technology hub for Barclays, and will feature a cafe, fitness center, walking paths and outdoor amphitheater. Bohler provided civil engineering, permitting and landscape architecture services. The project was recognized with the 2017 Real Estate Award for the Barclays transaction in the Office category.

In addition to these awards, both projects are finalists for the United Way of Northern New Jersey Impact Award for development projects or real estate transactions that have had the most positive impact in our region this year.
