Bohler Branch Managers Recognized in MAREJ 40 Under 40 List

Bohler’s James Thaon, PE (Red Bank, NJ) and Ryan Yauger, PE (Richmond, VA) have recently been named among the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal (MAREJ)’s 40 Under 40.

The journal recognized them both as rising leaders in the land development industry who have demonstrated dedication throughout their careers to creating opportunities for developers.

As Principal and Branch Manager of Bohler’s Red Bank, NJ office, James is leading Bohler’s efforts to understand, interpret, and adapt to recent changes in New Jersey’s stormwater management code. Knowing that these changes may require a site to include multiple stormwater facilities, he and his team are focused on finding design solutions that mitigate impacts to density, construction costs, and maintenance programs.
