Bohler Announces Two New Partners

Bohler is pleased to announce the promotion of New Jersey Associates James Thaon and Ben Crowder to Partner.

“Both James and Ben have significantly impacted Bohler’s Central Division and the overall firm through their Associate positions, providing invaluable contributions and endless support for our business,” said Bohler President and Chief Executive Officer Adam Volanth.

The Branch Manager of the firm’s Red Bank, NJ, office, James has quickly risen through the ranks from intern to now Partner in his nearly 10 years at Bohler.

With a focus on cultivating relationships and meeting the needs of his clients and teammates, James has earned respect and built a reputation for high performance. As manager of Red Bank, he’s been influential in growing the office and creating opportunities for local developers.

NJ Regional Manager Grayson Murray shared, “James has consistently exhibited an ability to set goals and deadlines and achieve results, all while displaying an insatiable appetite for learning and being challenged.”

An Associate in the firm’s Warren, NJ, office, Ben joined Bohler in 2011 as a design engineer. Ben grew in his career through his tenacity and willingness to hold himself accountable for consistently delivering the highest quality work for all of his commitments.

Ben has set the performance standards to advance many ambitious clients’ development goals throughout Bohler’s Central Division while simultaneously building up the team around him. Through his effective management of numerous accounts, Ben has become the premier go-to consultant in New Jersey — leading to many client referrals and networking opportunities that have had an immense impact on Bohler.
