Bohler Named a 2019 Best Employer In North Carolina

Business North Carolina Honors Raleigh and Charlotte Offices for Best-In-Class Practices

Last night, employees from Bohler’s Raleigh and Charlotte offices joined a ballroom full of the state’s leading organizations to accept the 2019 Best Employers in North Carolina award in the large category. The competition for this award was based solely on confidential employee feedback. The official rankings will be published in the June issue of Business North Carolina.

Fueled by industry leading Best Companies Group – known for more than a decade of employee survey administration and data reporting – the award recognizes practices ranging from recruiting to recognition. In addition to receiving the Best Employers moniker, Bohler also receives confidential survey feedback to be used to continue to grow and maintain a work environment where ambitious, talented individuals are empowered to achieve personal and professional success.

The ceremony took place at the Durham Convention Center and featured some of the state’s best-known employers and brands.
