Dale Koch Named a Top 20 Under 35 by Commercial Observer

17 October, 2019

Bohler Associate Dale Koch, PE, was recently recognized by Commercial Observer as one of the New York Metro commercial real estate publication’s 20 under 35: The Top Young Architects, Engineers and Contractors of 2019.

Dale is featured alongside fellow industry players who are designing and building the industry’s footprint and skylines.

His decade-long tenure with Bohler is rooted in opportunity to lead projects that are transforming Long Island, establish his expertise within the industry, and most importantly, grow and

develop those around him. Most recently, his involvement in the early phases of the former Newsday Headquarters redevelopment in Melville, NY began before the project was even realized, with Dale helping real estate teams to understand the site’s potential for what it could become.

Now, Dale and his team are helping developer Hartz Mountain move the project forward. Centrally located on Long Island with prime access to the major traffic corridors, the proposed 945,000 SF warehouse and distribution center is anticipated to significantly impact last-mile distribution capabilities.

Located on an island where land and available sites are finite, Dale is driven to help identify and create opportunities through creative design for land redevelopment and repurposing. Within the firm, he is fulfilled by creating opportunity for those around him to grow and develop. As one of Bohler’s youngest Associates, Dale values his position of helping those around him advance in their own career ambitions.

“My main goal is to continue to grow our team and do the best job we possibly can for our clients.”
