Construction is now underway on Essex & Crane, a luxury, 410-unit transit-oriented development at the Orange, NJ train station. The five-story building includes first-floor parking and 23,000 SF of high-end amenities, while incorporating public green spaces and pedestrian walkways.

Expected to facilitate a healthier, more environmentally friendly community, the project is situated within a Main Street Redevelopment area, and according to Mayor Dwayne D. Warren, “epitomizes the City’s vision for its downtown revitalization efforts.”

Coordinating closely with NJ Transit to ensure seamless connectivity and better pedestrian access, Bohler’s northern New Jersey team provided site civil engineering, permitting, and limited landscape architecture services for the project.
