NEREJ Project of the Month: Flagstone Crossing

New England Real Estate Journal is recognizing Flagstone Crossing, a forthcoming retail shopping center in Hudson, NH, as its Project of the Month. Bringing a refreshed look to the run down site, the redevelopment will offer 18,000 SF of commercial space within two single-story buildings, including ample parking and two drive-thrus.

To maximize the small site, Bohler worked with developer Lannan Company on a creative grading strategy that will elevate the center, increasing visibility while addressing soil import costs. In addition to civil engineering design, Bohler’s team provided permitting and landscape architecture services for the project.

With demolition of the existing buildings on site complete, construction of the new shopping center is set to begin in the spring.
