Bohler Announces Appointment of Five New Partners

Bohler, a leading land development and consulting firm, proudly announces the appointment of five new Partners. These individuals exemplify the core values and dedication to excellence that define Bohler’s culture.

The newly appointed Partners are:

Dale Koch, P.E.

Melville, New York: Dale has been an integral part of the Bohler team for 14 years, establishing himself as a standout leader in the industry. One of his notable achievements was spearheading the successful transition of one of our top 10 clients to Long Island. Dale has also been instrumental in securing new projects during the region’s industrial boom, overseeing the successful completion of millions of square feet of industrial developments. Furthermore, his active involvement in the community, serving on local boards and engaging in networking events, has established him as a trusted partner among government agencies, reinforcing his reputation as a respected industry figure. 

Tom Tabone

Manhattan, New York: Tom joined Bohler 11 years ago with a background in permitting consulting, immersing himself in the company’s operations from the start. Beginning in our Long Island office, he transitioned to Manhattan via Bohler’s expansion in 2014. Known for his adeptness in navigating complex urban jurisdictions, Tom assumed the role of Branch Manager, leading the office through various challenges, including those brought by the COVID pandemic and significant changes in the New York City Department of Buildings. Throughout, Tom has remained a reliable and approachable leader, balancing the management of key accounts with his commitment to supporting his colleagues. 

Tung-To Lam, P.E.


Warren, New Jersey: Tung-To joined Bohler 19 years ago as a recent graduate from Rochester Institute of Technology. During his interview, he shared his experiences of working at his parents’ restaurant while studying, offering a glimpse into the exceptional work ethic, which he brings to Bohler every day. Known for his dedication and commitment, Tung-To’s clients, predominantly in the industrial, self-storage, and gas station sectors, commend him for his unwavering commitment to excellence. With quick responses and a sharp focus on quality, Tung-To balances professionalism with a caring nature, cultivating close relationships with colleagues and clients alike, many of whom regard him as part of their extended family. 

Andrew Stine, P.E.

Towson, Maryland: Andrew has devoted 16 years to Bohler, progressing from a design engineer to Branch Manager in Towson. Notably, he is the account manager for a prominent client within the division, and has garnered a dedicated following among clients, jurisdictional representatives, and colleagues. Renowned for his reliability and trustworthiness, Andrew balances technical expertise with compassionate leadership. His portfolio boasts esteemed clients in the industrial and retail sectors, with numerous projects earning industry recognition. 

Keith Simpson, P.E.

Keith Simpson Herndon Associate

Herndon, Virginia: Keith joined Bohler 26 years ago, immediately following his graduation from Penn State University. Since then, he has played a pivotal role in expanding Bohler’s presence in Northern Virginia and the DC area. Keith’s contributions include growing a top account beyond the Mid-Atlantic region into the Northeast, as well as driving the firm’s success in the data center market, particularly during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. His work is characterized by a strong technical acumen and a holistic perspective on projects, enabling him to address diverse needs effectively. Additionally, Keith’s ability to connect with colleagues across all levels has positioned him as a respected leader within the firm’s Technical Resource Group.
